WA Toilet Pros provides event porta potty rental under the written quote or service agreement accepted for your booking. The agreed scope may identify the number and type of units, delivery and pickup times, placement location, rental period, and any scheduled servicing.
Tell us about site access, expected attendance, ground conditions, and accessible facility needs before confirming. Work not listed in the agreement including extra units, additional cleaning, pumping, attendants, plumbing, utility connections, permits, or changes to placement requires separate approval and may cost extra.
The customer is responsible for confirming site permission and applicable event requirements. Construction sanitation rules may include OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51; general-industry sanitation is addressed by OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141.
Accessible facilities are subject to applicable 2010 ADA Standards. Washington State Plumbing Code and Department of Ecology requirements may apply to wastewater handling and disposal.
Check City of Arlington event permit conditions and relevant state or federal requirements, including those administered by Washington State Labor and Industries, Department of Health, Department of Ecology, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the U.S. Access Board.
Booking Dates, Changes, and Cancellations

Delivery, servicing, and pickup timing depend on availability, site access, and the schedule confirmed for that order. Provide accurate event dates, address, access instructions, placement details, and contact information before the booking is finalized.
Contact us as soon as possible to request a date change, cancellation, extra unit, different placement, or other revision. A requested change is not approved until we confirm it in writing.
Changes may affect availability, timing, or the quoted amount. The agreement or quote will state any applicable cancellation terms; if it does not, ask us to clarify before accepting.
We cannot promise that a late request can be accommodated. If site conditions, access restrictions, weather, or other circumstances affect service, we will discuss practical options with you.
Do not assume a voicemail or unconfirmed message has changed your booking; keep the written confirmation for your records.
Quotes, Charges, and Payment
A quote is based on the information provided about your event, including location, dates, rental duration, requested equipment, delivery access, and any servicing needs. Review those details and ask questions before accepting.
The quote or service agreement will identify the approved scope and payment terms. Unless the written terms say otherwise, a quote is not confirmation of a booking until WA Toilet Pros accepts the order.
Payment is due according to the timing and method stated in your quote or agreement. Any added work or change to the approved scope must be discussed and approved before it is performed where practical; it may result in additional charges.
We will explain the proposed change and its cost for your approval. Charges may also be affected if actual site or service needs differ from the information supplied, subject to the agreed terms.
Contact us promptly if you believe an invoice does not match the accepted scope. No specific price or payment arrangement applies unless it is stated in writing for your booking.
Service Standards and Warranty Coverage
WA Toilet Pros will provide the rental and related work described in the accepted quote or service agreement. These terms do not create a separate workmanship warranty, guarantee a particular result, or set a warranty period beyond any written commitment made for your booking. If your agreement includes a specific warranty or service remedy, that written term controls for the work it covers.
Please inspect the delivered units and placement when practical, and report a service concern promptly using the contact details below. Include your event address, booking information, and a clear description of the issue so we can review it.
Coverage or a remedy may not apply to damage, service interruptions, or conditions caused by misuse, vandalism, unauthorized movement, inaccessible placement, unsafe site conditions, or work by someone other than WA Toilet Pros. We will assess reported concerns against the agreed scope and any applicable written warranty. Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
Responsibility for Site Conditions and Losses
To the extent permitted by law, WA Toilet Pros’ liability for a claim arising from the services is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. We are not responsible for pre-existing site damage or conditions, inaccurate information supplied by the customer, unauthorized relocation, misuse, or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it, including liability that cannot legally be limited.
The customer remains responsible for site permission, safe access, and any event-specific obligations. Applicable requirements may include OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 for construction sanitation, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141 for general-industry sanitation, and the 2010 ADA Standards for accessible toilet facilities.
Wastewater and disposal may be subject to the Washington State Plumbing Code and Department of Ecology requirements. For Arlington events, verify site-specific permit conditions with the City of Arlington and relevant agencies.
